Listening:

I have been interested in music all my life especially alternative music and my favorite bands are as follows:

• Glam Rock - T-Rex, David Bowie and Alice Cooper
• Punk Rock - Sex Pistols, Clash, Damned, Stranglers, UK Subs and 999.
• Goth - Bauhaus, Cure, Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, Mission, Joy Division, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry and Psychedelic Furs
• Grunge - Pixies, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Bush
• Currently Listening to - Therapy, Queens of the Stoneage, 3 Colours Red and Killing Joke.

Playing:

I have also played in several bands since 1979. My most successful one was "The Mystic Warriors". This band made several demos/CD's and played many gigs throughout Glasgow and Lanarkshire. The band consisted of 2 sets of brothers, as follows:

• Jim McGuinness - Vocals, Guitar and Songwriter
• Paul McGuinness - Vocals, Bass and Songwriter
• Harry McNicol – Drums
• Peter McNicol - Guitar
